A Blog Award and A Card without Flowers

I received this blog award from Meghana. Thank you so much Meghana....
Meghana is one talented gal, do check out her blog for some very interesting and informative posts about Indian culture and much more.I made a card without flowers in it yippee!!!!!!! Some how almost all my cards have floral patterns, so this is a welcome change!! And I used brads at the fours corners of the background for the first time too. The faux stitching at the edges has been done using 3-D makers. Thanks for visiting!!

  1. Hey Juhi, I saw your cards at Sapna, and found your blog. your work is awesome! I loved it.I also make card for family-frds on their special days. Can I ask you from where do u get the card making material. I mean the card-stocks, blocks etc.? I want to learn quilling since I saw beautiful cards on made by u. So, where can i get those quilling stips? I stay in Indiranagar.Do u know any shops nearby?
    Thanks a lot!

  2. Hi Freewilly, Thank you so much for your compliments....I have been collecting card making stuff for over an year now, its from all over the world. The paper is mostly from Sultanpet, Bangalore, Some punches are from Sapna book house. Some stamps and punches are from Hobby ideas (the store is closed now, but you can get some stuff from Staples in Marathalli n Koramangla). Quilling is extremely easy (simple patterns) you can get quilling strips from staples or itsy bitsy in jayanagar, or you can cut your own strips.
    I hope this helps..
I would love to see your work too.
    Juhi
