Just a quick post

I have been busy both at home and at work lately so haven't been able to craft much. My brother-in-law and his family are visiting us after 2 years and we are getting our kitchen remodeled plus to top it all I have a project release at work this week........anyway Smita had advised that I should make some excuse, sneak into my room for some time and make a card, I did just that on Sunday........n this is what I made.
This has been inspired by Card Patterns sketch #57 and also by Maggi, the guest on Yvonne's blog for this month. As I said earlier we are remodeling our kitchen so I have rolls and rolls of brown corrugated cardboard from packaging at hand. I cut strips of it and rolled it into flowers and tore a portion of it for the background.

I had received this blog ward from the very talented Laura sometime back, check out her digital doodling it is super cute. Thanks a ton Laura!!

 Have a great week!!
