I {heart} inky fingers

Ever since my DH got me a heat gun ...distressing, inking, misting, masking have become my new found love......though I'm not very good at it, but it's so much fun and it even makes me feel like a real artist with my inky fingers :P

I made this card for Get grungy with Erika Taylor! challenge at Yvonne's blog......well ok I am not even close to what Erika makes but I am learning....
I've used a page from an old magazine for the background, splattered some Prussian blue acrylic paint, misted with some green paint mixed with perfect pearls and finally distressed with red pigment ink. Some masking and misting on the tag and the hearts......loads of glitter for the flourish, some ribbon and lace scraps, golden twine and my favorite red flower to finish it off.....
Thanks for visiting!
